Moissanite Wedding Bands

Moissanite wedding bands made to order in our own workshop in Surat. Plain and stone-set bands in sterling silver, 10k to 18k gold, or platinum, starting around $100. Nothing is pre-made, so you choose the metal and the width before we produce it.

How to choose a moissanite wedding band

Most of the decision is width, and whether the band carries stones. A plain band of 2mm to 3mm sits comfortably under an engagement ring without competing with it. Bands from 4mm up read as a piece in their own right. If you are pairing the band with a ring you already own, measure your finger with that ring on, because a wide band changes how the ring above it sits.

If the terminology is tripping you up, we cover the difference between a wedding ring and a wedding band separately.

What the metal changes

Metal drives more of the price on a wedding band than the stones do.

  • Sterling silver is the cheapest way in, starting around $100. It tarnishes with wear, which is normal for silver and comes off with a polishing cloth.
  • 10k, 14k and 18k gold hold their color with no upkeep. White gold is plated with rhodium, and the plating wears down over a few years and needs redoing.
  • Platinum is the hardest wearing of the four and the most expensive.

We compare the metals in more detail in silver versus gold and silver versus platinum.

What to expect when you order

Every band is made in our own workshop in Surat, where I am from and where most of the world's jewelry is actually produced. Nothing sits pre-made, so manufacturing starts after you order. Allow one to two weeks for production and quality checks, then another one to two weeks for transit to the US.

Returns and exchanges run for 30 days, and resizing goes through that same exchange window. We do not offer lifetime resizing, and there is no blanket lifetime warranty. Manufacturing defects are covered and we will repair or replace them. Ordinary wear after the first month is not covered, and I would rather say that here than have you find out later.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a moissanite wedding band cost?

Plain bands start around $100 in sterling silver as of 2026. Stone-set bands cost more, and metal choice drives most of the spread, with gold and platinum running several times the silver price.

What width wedding band should I choose?

A 2mm to 3mm band sits comfortably under an engagement ring without competing with it. Bands 4mm and up read as a piece in their own right. Measure your finger with the engagement ring on, since a wide band changes how the ring above it sits.

Do wedding band and engagement ring have to match?

No. Matching metal is the safest look, but a deliberate contrast works. What matters more is profile: a flat or contoured band sits flush against most engagement rings, while a high-set band can rock against it.

Can my band be resized later?

Plain bands can be resized within limits. Fully stone-set bands are difficult to resize because there is no plain metal to cut and rejoin. Resizing with us runs through the 30-day exchange window.
