One stone on the wrist
A solitaire bracelet carries a single moissanite on a chain rather than a continuous line of stones. It reads as understated where a tennis bracelet reads as a statement, and it costs a fraction of what a full line does, because a tennis bracelet is fifty or more matched stones.
It also stacks well. A single stone sits comfortably alongside a watch or another bracelet, where a full tennis line usually wants the wrist to itself.
Where the stone sits
A solitaire bracelet rotates on the wrist as you move, so the stone spends part of the day underneath rather than on top. This is normal and unavoidable on a chain bracelet. A slightly closer fit keeps it facing upward more of the time, at the cost of a little comfort.
